PhotoShop render pack.

Hi chaps, I was just wondering if any of you would know wher i can download a photoshop render pack from. Its just basicly something like This Render Pack On Layer '4'. If you do, please would you cindly let me know, thanks.

Right ok nvm about that one then. All i really want to know is how do do stuff like the object img in the middle of the graphic. I can do all the brushing ect its just that i dont know what it is that how people can do this kinda abstract. How ...? lol
