I think that VB is better, Even though i've never used one. I prefer free forums not ones that cost you. I'm cheap.

Ehh PhpBB is free vB=not free. IPB isn't even free anymore.

doesn't look too bad, definetly better than the older version. It seems to load faster as well and have some new features introduced to it which they should have had in the older versions.
