Hurricane Jeanne Coverage from Sarasota, FL

well it is now 9:33 the winds are gusting 50 - 75mph keep losing power and lost it once for 10 min. I have talked to a couple of my friends and right now some of them dont have power at all.....well its just going to get worst they said so I prob. will too loose power. What ever happen to the storm taking a north north west turn....well that hasnt happened yet.....not til it goes through tampa and sarasota gets it too...for you that dont kno Sarasota is about 40 - 50 miles away from Tampa so we are going to get creamed.....wait the lights are flickering better post this one b4 power goes out.

Well its now 12:16pm Eastern Time and we have lost power but yet we have the internet the only reason I am on and we dont have power is because we have a generator ......Well right now it has calmed down a little bit still winds gusting 75mph and more since we are near the eye. Well I am out for now....

i actually need to be able to keep track of the hurricane in ways other than the tv...my mom has evacuated for this one..(being the 4th time she's evactuated in the last 2 months)

Well its not 4:51 most of the county doesnt have power. I have talked to DarkChaos and he doesnt have power either. Prob. wont have school tomorrow if we dont have any power I am hoping. But the current conditions are now mainly rain wind gust of 30 - 50mph nothing big anymore. Current Damage info: Down Trees, Fences, Debris everywhere, No Power. (damage info is of what i can see right now.) I havent been out to explore yet so I dont know if power lines are down but more then likely there are somewhere and havent heard of that much flooding.

thats true thats the good thing that you have a roof. I was going down the road this morning and i noticed something wasnt right.....i was like what the hell is going on. There was no stop light where there use to be one....I was like uh do i stop or what. but I was doing 70 so i decided just to keep on going. LoL it was crazy
