Halo 2 "www.ilovebees.com" fiasco

Who ever is a avid halo fan knows what im talking about. But for those who arent, take time to read this. Its pretty cleaver of bungie (halo developers)

Ok. A In a theatrical trailer that just came out for halo 2 (you can see it in certain films in lowes theatres) there was a.. easter egg. You The xbox.com domain changed to www.ilovebees.com for around .5 seconds.

Now when you go to www.ilovebees.com a big black javascript box comes up in the middle of the site saying this

"HALT - MODULE CORE HEMORRHAGE

Control has been yielded to the
SYSTEM PERIL DISTRIBUTED REFLEX.

This medium is classified, and has a
STRONG INTRUSIVE INCLINATION.

In 1 days, network throttling will erode.

Make your decisions accordingly."



Now. People have been trying to decode this, and here is one speculation about it.


In 1 days, network throttling will erode: The halo 2 beta testing will be complete

In 15 days this medium will metastasize: The halo 2 disc will be mass produced

COUNTDOWN TO WIDE AWAKE AND PHYSICAL: in 29 days, Halo 2 will be suprise released on August 24th.

Now. Heres the backup for this speculation.

Bungie told us Halo 2 would be out on 11/9/04. Well, 11 + 9 + 4 = 24.
Also, there is a link to a blog on www.ilovebees.com. In this blog it quotes how windows 95 was secretly released on August 24th.

Also, There are secret messages all over www.ilovebees.com. In one of the messages it says this URL "http://www.cafeshops.com/ilovebees"

Now, if you go to this URL there are a few things to say right of the bat. In the SHOPKEEPER BIO, it says "The end of the World is upon us! I wont be selling these items after Aug 24th due to the BEE's.". Now, if you click on the shirt in the apparal section, youll see it says "Get Yours Before the end of the World Aug 24th"

Now, heres the real evidence. Click on View Larger Images of front and back of shirt. Remember that last line in the javascript black box? Make your decisions accordingly? IS that all though? No. In the theatrical trailer, Halo 2 had a ESRP rating. Games only get ESRP ratings when they are complete. Which means halo must be done.


!!! weird stuff is going on. The second speculation is a bit different from the first. THe first speculation is that the full game will be suprise released on august 24th. Well, the second speculation is that a single player demo will be realeased on august 24th. Heres the backup.

Bungie did this baack in 99 in a bunch of randomly released letters. They had the same type of encryptions as ilovebees.com has.


I gotta give propts to bungie. It makes waiting for the game so much fun, cuz this is fun to speculate about, and try and solve the mystery. GOOD JOB BUNGIE.

haha i wish they would.....but they arent lazy Moldy cuz my disc blew up in my CD Rom I sent them an e mail tellin them the info and what happened and no longer then 2 hrs I got a reply saying to send the pieces and the game case and they will send me a new one

Halo2 might be a little overhyped. I'm subscribed to EGM magezine and they have monthly previews of halo2 and they're saying its not much different than the first halo. But I have it pre-ordered and everything...cant wait

Halo on PC allows custom maps and stuff. Xbox has better netcode though
